*Support tasks are tasks that take up to but no more than one hour per task. Support tasks do not rollover month-to-month. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you expect to need more than the maximum amount of allotted tasks per month we can discuss a fixed-price or you can pay by the hour after you have used up all of your support tasks included in your maintenance plan.
